The location was convenient, being close to the famous volcano. The staff was friendly and tried their best to assist. The hot shower provided some relief from the cold weather.
The cleanliness of the place left a lot to be desired. Stained sheets and dirty rooms were a major turn-off.

The ARTOTEL Cabin Bromo in Ngadisari has a garden where I can relax and pretend to be one with nature. The free WiFi is a great bonus, now I can post pictures of my continental breakfast online for everyone to envy. The airport shuttle service is also available if I want to escape this paradise.
Oh, and let's not forget the amazing feature of no pets and no service animals allowed. Because who needs adorable company or assistance when exploring?

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the area without needing any additional transportation. We were able to easily walk to see the sunrise at Mt. Bromo, which was a breathtaking experience. Additionally, there were several dining options and a small restaurant nearby which made it convenient for meals. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a night's stay. The staff, especially Rudi, was incredibly friendly and helpful. They organized transportation for us and even provided jackets. the hotel's location, cleanliness, facilities, and staff made our stay enjoyable.
Nothing, all was good.

Absolutely mind-blowing location, perfect for exploring Bromo independently! We were so impressed with the super affordable price and hot showers. And let me tell you, the breakfast of bread, fried eggs, and chips was jaw-droppingly delicious. The host went above and beyond to help us organize our transport back to Probolingo, and the flexible check-out time gave us plenty of time to explore Bromo in the morning. So grateful for the wonderful experience!

The location is perfect for visiting Mount Bromo. The owner is friendly and made us a delicious breakfast. The bed was comfortable and had a thick blanket. The room was warm enough for us.
Felt very lucky to have found it, nothing to complain about.

The room at Bromo B&B was fantastic! It had a cozy bed, clean bathroom, and a desk to work on. The tile/marble floor gave it a luxurious touch, and the private entrance made it feel like my own little haven by the beach.
Personally, I didn't enjoy the 32-inch TV with cable channels. But hey, that's just me.
